Methodology

All eleven EUMAP City Reports are prepared on the basis of the same methodology, allowing for comparative analysis. Reports are drafted by teams of local experts in each of the eleven cities. In-depth consultations are held with a variety of stakeholders, and national round tables focusing on the draft version of the reports are intended to give all those involved an opportunity to critique and comment on it.

In their final form, reports will be published in both English and the local languages. Each report will contain a list of concrete, specific, and constructive recommendations for improving the integration of Muslims in the European Union, and particularly in cities with large Muslim communities, both in policy and practice. An overview section will consolidate the main themes across all reports.
