The Roma Education Fund (REF) in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Science and Sports of Croatia (MESS) would like to contract an individual/organization to undertake research on the effects and impact of the "Roma high school and university scholarship program" in terms of its contribution and efficiency on Roma education inclusion and academic achievements in Croatia. The scholarship program is financed by the Government in the framework of the Roma National Plan that was approved and enacted in 2003. The program covers the entire territory of Croatia and is aimed without any restriction to all Roma students having been declared as of Roma origin/ethnicity and enrolled in the mainstream secondary and/or tertiary level of education.
