The Open Society Institute's (OSI) Arts and Culture Network Programme recently issued a call for proposals for grants in three areas, including the Roma Cultural Programme. The Roma Cultural Programme accepts proposals from self-identified Roma individuals and organisations as well as proposals from non-Roma-identified individuals and organisations whose professional work engages Roma culture through music, visual arts, theatre, film, radio, puppetry, animated film, cartoons, or other artistic media.
