ARD, Inc. seeks technical specialists and a Chief of Party for its activities in Southeastern Europe.

It is accepting expressions of interest from highly qualified technical specialists for a USAID-funded activity targeted at preparing Southeastern Europe for Millennium Challenge Corporation Compact eligibility. Technical areas include: Public Licensing Specialist; Tax Administration Specialist; and Administration of Justice Sector Specialist.

It seeks a highly qualified Chief of Party (COP) to lead a USAID-funded activity to assist with public sector reform in Southeastern Europe. The project goal is to promote greater transparency, accountability and integrity in tax administration, administration of justice, and public licensing; it is anticipated to begin in late 2008.

The deadline for applications for both position is July 31, 2008.
