Florian Niederndorfer

Dawn Tankersley, Ed.D.
"For many Romani children in Central and Eastern Europe, an equal opportunity for quality education is still an illusion. In 1999, a pilot programme was initiated by the Step by Step Program of the Open Society Institute (OSI) to work towards solutions to the problem of high failure rates and segregation of Romanies."
