Exchange of comments on the findings of the "Television across Europe" country report for Poland

EUMAP received on 3 March 2006 a letter by Mr Pawel Dobrowolski commenting on the findings of the "Television across Europe" country report for Poland.

Mr Karol Jakubowicz, in his personal capacity, kindly accepted EUMAP's invitation to react to the points reaised by Mr Pawel Dobrowolski in his letter.

The two letters are reproduced here. They touch upon the following questions:

- Definition of the public service remit in Poland
- Proportionality of State Aid in Poland
- The financial stability of state owned media
